2ND ANNUAL SURGE YOUTH SUMMIT
LOCK IN → SURGE FORWARD. ⚡
Saturday, November 14, 2026 | 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
Florida Atlantic University — Boca Raton Campus
FREE | Youth Ages 12–17 | Registration Required
SURGE is a free, high-energy youth experience built around leadership, mental wellness, money, decision-making, mentorship and what comes next.
Presented by MySuspire, Inc. as part of the 4th Annual YMOD Takeover Weekend in collaboration with Young Men of Distinction, SURGE brings young people together to build skills, meet people invested in their future, explore new possibilities and have some fun while doing it.
Because young people are more than a decision, circumstance or label.
They deserve spaces that help them see what is possible next.
FOR YOUTH⚡
THIS ISN’T SIX HOURS OF ADULTS TALKING AT YOU.
SURGE is built to move.
Young people will rotate through interactive experiences, real conversations and practical challenges designed to help them think differently about their money, their future, their emotions, their relationships and their next move.
💰 MONEY MOVES
Money. Choices. Financial literacy.
🚀 THE NEXT MOVE
Careers. Opportunity. What’s possible.
🧠 BIG FEELINGS
Mental wellness. Emotions. Coping.
🗣️ SAY IT. SOLVE IT.
Communication. Conflict. Problem-solving.
Along the way, participants will experience mentorship, speakers, food, activities and opportunities to connect with people and resources invested in their future.
SURGE is completely free for youth ages 12–17. Registration is required.
Specific arrival, check-in and event-location information will be provided directly to registered participants and their parent/guardian before the event.
LOCK IN → SURGE FORWARD. ⚡

WANT TO HELP? 🙌
SHOW UP. PLUG IN. MAKE IT COUNT.
It takes people to make a weekend like this happen.
Volunteers help us welcome participants and families, support rooms and activities, manage event flow, assist with setup and breakdown, keep things organized and help create an experience people remember.
Volunteer opportunities are available throughout the YMOD × MySuspire Takeover Weekend, including Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Some assignments involving youth may have additional eligibility or screening requirements. Volunteer registration does not guarantee placement in a direct youth-facing role.
IT TAKES A VILLAGE. BE PART OF OURS. 💛
SURGE is free for young people—and that is intentional. Your support helps provide meals, materials, experiences and resources that make the YMOD × MySuspire Takeover Weekend possible. Give what makes sense for you, from a $30 Community Commitment or $150 Weekend Warrior gift to sponsorship opportunities from $500–$10,000. Businesses and organizations can also support through food, printing, shirts, participant materials and other in-kind contributions. Every gift helps us put real resources behind young people and their wellness.
