OCTOBER 10-31 | rEGISTER BELOWMENTAL HEALTH FUN FEST 2026
RUNNING THROUGH MY MIND — EVERYWHERE
Got all those thoughts running through your mind?
What happens if you just… run?
This October, Mental Health Fun Fest is leaving the building.
From World Mental Health Day through Halloween, we're inviting people everywhere to walk, roll, jog or run with us in a virtual mental-health 5K + 10K built around one simple idea:
Sometimes, we need somewhere for all that stuff in our heads to go.
OCTOBER 10–31, 2026
Virtual 5K • $35 | Virtual 10K • $40
Complete it anywhere.
[REGISTER FOR THE RACE
No starting line. No perfect pace. Just move.
THIS YEAR, THE FUN FEST IS EVERYWHERE.Mental Health Fun Fest was created to make conversations about mental health feel a little less clinical, a little less intimidating and a whole lot more human.
Because wellness doesn't only happen in a therapist's office.
It happens when friends check on each other. When families get outside together. When somebody finally talks about what they've been carrying. When we laugh, dance, play, rest—and yes, when we move.
So for Mental Health Fun Fest 2026, we're trying something different.
We're turning the country into our course.
Running Through My Mind — Everywhere gives you 22 days to complete a 5K or 10K wherever life finds you.
Your neighborhood. A treadmill. Your favorite trail. Around the park with your kids. With your coworkers after work. With your run crew on Saturday morning.
Or completely by yourself with your headphones on.
Your race. Your place. Your pace.
Yes, there is a medal.Because doing the thing deserves to be celebrated.
Every registered participant receives:
An original custom Running Through My Mind finisher medal.
A unique Running Through My Mind race shirt.
A Mental Health Fun Fest × Mysuspire community insert.
Race experiences, stories and a community moving right alongside you.
AND THE FIRST 25 GET A LITTLE EXTRA.
The first 25 eligible registrants receive a bonus Mental Health Isn't Scary tee while supplies last.
That's separate from your race shirt.
Consider it our little thank-you for getting off the couch early.
BECAUSE OUR MINDS ARE FULL.
Work.
Family.
School.
Bills.
Relationships.
Big dreams. Hard losses. Things we're healing from. Things we're still figuring out. And sometimes approximately 47 completely unrelated thoughts before breakfast.
We get it.
This race isn't asking you to outrun any of it.
It's an invitation to give yourself some room to move through it.
Grab your people. Take the dog. Put on your playlist. Lace up—or don't. Walk if you want. Roll if that's how you move. Run the whole thing if that's your thing.
Talk it out. Walk it out. Roll it out. Or run.
Just give yourself somewhere to go.
WHAT ARE YOU MOVING FOR?Everybody's miles mean something different.
Maybe you're moving for yourself.
For somebody you love.
For your mental health.
For the person you miss.
For a fresh start.
For youth who deserve better access to support.
For your community.
Or maybe you're moving because you had a long week and getting outside sounds better than sitting with another thought.
All of those count.
When you finish, we want you to tell us:
“I'm moving for __________.”
Take the picture. Tell the story. Tag your crew.
#RunWhatsOnYourMind
Because when thousands of individual reasons start showing up together, mental health stops looking like something we have to hide.
YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE A RUNNER.Seriously.
There is no official starting line waiting for you.
No race clock staring you down.
No requirement to be fast.
Choose your 5K or 10K, complete your distance anytime between October 10 and October 31, track your miles with your preferred activity tracker and submit your finish through RunSignup.
And if you do decide to chase a time?
Go for it.
You might surprise yourself.
go (for) the distance.
YOUR MILES DO SOME GOOD, TOO.Running Through My Mind isn't only about what happens during your 3.1 or 6.2 miles.
Mental Health Fun Fest is an initiative of Mysuspire, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit working to make mental-health awareness, intervention and wellness more accessible in the communities we serve.
Your participation helps us keep doing that work.
And this year, our miles have a goal.
$10,000 FOR COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH.
You'll be able to follow our fundraising progress through the race and, where available, make an additional contribution if you'd like.
You don't have to donate extra to matter.
Showing up matters, too.
Reconnect with your body and mind as you escape the noise of everyday life. You are stronger than you think.
How It Works
